Welcome to Geografiya, a collection of resources for those interested in learning about Russia and the post-Soviet states. Our goal is to compile educational resources on each nation, and to address some multi-national political and environmental issues affecting the former Soviet Union. While it is difficult to thoroughly examine and explain every aspect of the culture, geography, history, and politics of each nation, hopefully this site can offer a start!
